With more than 30 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur and coach, Leslie has spent her career focused on bringing out the best in others. A lifelong learner and lover of big ideas, Leslie believes entrepreneurs are some of the most creative people on the planet, with the potential to make the world a better place. As a coach, she has a talent for recognizing clients’ unique strengths and an uncanny ability to help them develop those strengths into something even greater than themselves.

Prior to Convergent, Leslie founded Gemini Consulting. She worked in sales management at Oracle Corporation where she led teams of sales, marketing, and service professionals to deliver business solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Leslie has successfully implemented strategies to ensure that clients grow revenue and build exceptional teams.

Leslie has been a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business providing thought leadership in customer relationship management. She also worked with executive leaders as a Vistage International expert leadership speaker on the subject of corporate messaging.
